  • To recognise staff as our most important resource and encourage their development by providing opportunities for continuous professional development within a collaborative environment designed to remove professional isolation.
  • To raise attainment and achievement, improve behaviour and attendance and personalise provision for all children and young people.
  • To research and develop new ways of working which promote access, inclusion and breadth of choice.
  • To ensure a consistency of approach which reflects the needs of our community and helps to prepare young people for adult life.
  • To share our experiences and resources and learn from others as we strive for continuous improvement.
  • To monitor and evaluate performance through self- evaluation, peer review and by using a range of national audit tools and quality standards to ensure high standards are met and maintained and poor performance is challenged.
  • To ensure that equality and diversity is at the heart of all our work.
